i am getting ready to do it again and i am refreshing my memory on the first workout and when i got to the Triceps part
before it said to do skull crushers and now it says to do, "Triceps mass We are staying with the basics on your triceps. Pure mass exercises! 5 sets behind the back dips for triceps 10, 10, 8, 6 and then on the last set perform 6 reps, strip weight and go to failure. the strip should be approximately 20 percent of the weight. if that did change is there anything else that changed?

Are yous sure? I think it's always been behind the back dips. Though I haven't looked at the article in a long time.

so what do you mean about stripping the weight 20% after your last set of dips?

I don't know about you but when I do behind the back dips, I do it from bench to bench with some plates on my lap. To strip the weight, take off 20% of what is on your lap.

oh ok, i usually do regular dips on my rack so bench to bench it is, thanks for the help and sorry for the dumb question but for what ever reason the last time i did this routine i missed
that "behind the back dips" and thought it said "skull crushers" how embarrassing [img]/forum/images/graemlins/ooo.gif[/img]

I'm pretty sure skull crushers are for the second part of the routine.
