getting em pierced is the only way to achieve that i think.
a lot of people have puffy nipples... just genetics not much you can do about it.

I admit, I chuckled when I saw this.
If you're serious...I've never heard of any food or vitamin that will give you hard nipples. Besides, why would you want to pull a Tom Welling (Smallville) and have hard nipples during 90 degree heat? One word...ridiculous.
