Hi guys I'm doing an assignment on this question
"Describe the process of excitation and contraction of skeletal muscle."

Are there any articles that you guys might know of or on this site that might help me with this assignment?

I was also looking for how neurons are sent from the brain to the muscle?? To explain how a muscle becomes excited.
