You've got a great base to work on the mass is going to pack on nicely. I would say your dels are your strongest point and you chest the weakest.

Make sure you take some more pics to compare when you hit your target oh and don't forget the legs. good luck!

I like to go really hard on chest day and it has worked for me so far. I will usually start with incline barbell, 4 sets of anywhere from 12 to 6 reps, pyramiding up in weight. Then I go to flat barbell bench and do the same. After flat I do 4 sets of decline dumbell press. After all the pressing, I like to finish off with a sculpting exercise such as dumbell flies or cable flies.

Happy Birthday!!!

Anyway here is what I do for chest and it is my best body part,(maybe genetics don't know.)

Usually 5 sets of bench press with really heavy weight, like 2-4 rep max the whole time, then a couple of sets burn down going around 8 reps max.

Then I hit incline bench for about 3 sets with moderate weight, finish off with pec deck until they start burning, and use drop sets to really hurt em.

Your looking great for a bulk just keep lifting and update us.

God Bless.

I think I understand somewhat of human nature and I tell you all these were men, and I am a man, but not one is like Him; Jesus Christ was more than man. Alexander, Caesar, Charlemagne, and myself founded great empires; but upon what did the creations of our genius depend? Upon force. Jesus alone founded His empire upon love, and to this very day millions would die for Him. -Napolean Bonaparte
