3-25-07 Legs
Nautilus leg extensions ss nautilus leg press 200x16 ss 410x20 Nautilus lying leg curls 130x8 Machine squat rack calf raises 212x16 Good workout, I've maxed out the leg press machine 20 times now after prefatiguing so after my chiropractor appointment I'm going to try squats again. Using the leg extension machine with such heavy weight worries me a little bit since my knee's are already not in the best shape, so hopefully I will be able to squat again without any tendon issues. If I can squat again, I'm going to drop the isolation exercise for knees and just focus on increasing strength.

Nautilus Shoulder Press machine 160x10 Nautilus tricep extension ss dips 70x7 ss 9xBW Nautilus curl machine 120x10 Went up weight or reps in all 3 exercises, pretty pleased with that. Had caffeine prior to workout for first time in 3 years, so I definitely noticed that during training.

What is your progression like? Weight >> Reps >> Weight >> Reps?
Or do you just do whatever is necessary? Great workouts bro!

When I move up weight, typically I can only get around 6-7 reps that workout. The next workout it usually increases 1-2 reps depending on the exercise. I will stay with that weight till I can get to 10 reps, then increase the weight 10-15lbs depending on the machine. My workouts have been a little messed up with my hectic schedule, and I need to start eating more because I've become stagnant on gaining weight. I'm still eating like I was when I weighed 170, except now I'm about 210. This summer is gonna be a massive bulk because by then I will be done with class and hopefully will be healthy enough to start squatting, deadlifting, and pressing some big weights! Thanks for the support Dzoni!

Yeah, that makes sense then. Good stuff!
Lol, you should be eating like a 250lb man now That would be good if you're all okay by summer and hit those heavy exercises. I just started to diet down a bit for a few weeks to get to a lower bf, before I start building on to that mid year. Which should see me get some massive gains (again) with more of a leaner body. A bit hard, I crave foods that I didn't even want to eat on the bulk. Strange!

Haha, that's weird that you have those new cravings. I bet after all the food you ate, it's almost nice to lower the cals a litte bit! Let me know how your mini cut goes, good luck on it!

Yeah bro, it's so **** strange. I never even wanted to eat those things during the time I could.
Yeha its very nice to lower the calories down. I still eat plenty, I never go hungry, but it's less forcing down haha! Keep lifting and i'll keep following your journal.
