Happy New Year !!! Hope everyone is doing well.
I have been around for a long time but I don't post that often. Ok, so I am 40 yrs old, 5'4, and weigh 147. My body fat is 27% ( [img]/forum/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] ugh...I know). I want to gain muscle mass and lower my body fat. I am finally ready to take my fitness to the next level. I have read alot of the nutrition articles on this site such as 13 weeks hardcore fat metabolizing - The diet. I have also checked out the following: -Burn the fat, feed the muscle eBook by Tom Venuto -The Metabolic Surge Rapid Fat Loss eBook by Nick Nilsson -The Fat Burning Diet by Jay Robb Here's my dilemma. I can't chose which diet program to use. What has worked for you guys? I am open to any suggestions, feedback, comments, etc. My goal is to lose pounds of BF and replace it with pounds of muscle. I am currently doing the 13 weeks hardcore but I just started on Monday so not sure how it is going to come out yet. I can let you know. But I found once the planning was done it isn't hard to follow. I always tend to follow low carb diets.
