I am making a 3 day a wk workout for a few females. They all have the goal of getting fit and gaining a toned body. Any suggestions of a good 3 day workout that includes both strength training and cardio? Thanks

Hummm either a circuit workout all 3 days or a day of upper body, a day of lower body and a day of cardio, or do a shorter cardio on the weight days too.

[/ QUOTE ] A circuit method would be the best in my opinion. before you start with body part specific training you need to develop a foundation to build off. I would also implement cardio for about 15-20 minutes after each circuit. mix it up so noone gets bored with the workouts. |
