Traps look like they are copping a hammering in the farmers lift pic. What is that machine your holding for it?

It looks like its some sort of sissor thing. Made for farmers? Ive never seen anything like it Here I am using dumbells like a sucker!

lol funny thing with these. i got my bench right, and it had some attachments for doing flyes. they were poorly designed and im not gonna use em for that, and seeing as my dbs cant hold massive amounts of weight i decided to use them lol now thats improv lol

lol yea, i guess it is different to dbs. but its actually a good awkward [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img] the day after my lateral delts were killing me. i cant let me arms just hang, they have to be raised alittle, which explains the soreness the next day. plus its a nice change lol
