Yeah I do those on the hyperextension bench. Very good for the hams and quads. Also very good for a change from hamstring curls and such.

I was performing Seated Calf Raises, and when performing them I fold my towel and put it on my thighs, cause if I don't, I get bruises. Only problem is, a towel and leather together don't provide much friction...so yeah...somehow my legs slipped from under the pads and the weights went crushing down on the floor!!! Luckily though, when doing them I have my hands on the pads, so I didn't go flying backwards [img]/forum/images/graemlins/grin.gif[/img] Needless to say I'd rather get bruises from this, then break my head on the concrete floor so I stopped with the towel. |
