Goodfella, are you quoting Pulp Fiction in your signature?

I know theshanman and Damien really liked it. I believe both have done it several times, so you might want to write them. I obviously loved it. I have done it twice, now. I'd do it again if I was not cutting. :/
If you do decide to do this, maybe you could make a post asking if other people want to join you in our new team member forum here, http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/forum...amp;Board=game I know I saw a couple members mentioning they would like to try it out with a team. Good luck!

I used it with great results. You'll need lots of sleep and preparation, it is one of the best workout programs I have done, but very taxing

Yep. I just finished doing it for the 2nd time right before Thanksgiving. It takes a lot of time. If you have a lot of other demands in your life (I work and have a wife + 2 kids, plus my 66 mustang was in the shop getting painted so I was spending a lot of time going there) then it's very demanding and in a sense all consuming physically, mentally, and emotionally. So it really takes a lot of dedication. I had to sacrifice a lot of little things, such as spending time here on ABC. But it's worth it.
The first time I did it by myself, and the 2nd time I did it with my workout partner. I liked it both ways for different reasons. Oh, and be sure to eat like a horse. I tell you, in the 2nd half of the program I was constantly sick of eating because when you're eating relatively clean it's hard to eat a lot, especially when your eating schedule is compressed because you have to fit a 2nd workout and a 2nd pwo shake into your normal schedule. I got to where I actually enjoyed feeling hungry. I'm still not back to normal in that regard! |
