Thx for the positive feedback. I'm really happy with how things are going so far. I hope I can keep this kind of progress until Dec. 20th, when I will travel to my family for one month. I will be happy if I can manage to maintain what I gained to that point.

Today was chest/delts/tris/calves day. I was kind of in a rush as the gym closed earlier for thanksgiving (and will not open again until monday, so I will do some long neglected cardio this weekend)
