I was just wondering what you guys recommend for more PUMPS, Energy, Muscle. etc....I was using NOExplode but I think I have gotten use to it. Please help.....

you can try amino acids for energy. protien shakes will help for muscle. pumps you can try increasing the dose, or maybe taking creatine with it. some days pumps are better than others so i wouldnt get discouraged. you might want to consider switching up your routine. your muscles might be getting used to the weight. you might want to add some weight or take some off and do more reps.
