Default Cottage Cheese - here I come

So I am taking the next step in this progression towards a leaner meaner body - slow digesting protein, EFAs, and leafy greens before bed. Since cottage cheese seems to be the protein of choice - I got some this morning for tonight. I don't really like it but would be curious if anyone has a link or suggestion for some good recipes.

I was thinking I could blend it up with some splenda and cinnamon, and vanilla extract and turn it into some sort of pseudo cheesecake maybe use some flax seed as a "crust"/EFA.

There's a huge thread in the recipe forum.

I hate cottage cheese as well!!!YUK!!

Everynight I blend mine up into a drink:

Cottage Cheese shake:

* 1 cup Cottage Cheese
* 1 scoop champion banana whey
* 1 tbsp. flax oil
* 5g glutamine
* 1-2g HMB

Blend and drink!!

The glutamine, HMB and Flax are optional, but I recommend them! You could also throw in some extras for taste such as splenda.

I would have a fast acting protein along with the cottage cheese such as whey protein or even go with some straight essential amino acids. These will give a quicker rise in blood protein synthesis!

Check out this article for more info on that - http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/proteinanalysis9.php

OK so here's what I did and it tasted delicious:

1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 scoop Champion Banana whey
1 tbsp all nat. pb
splenda

(Fish oil on the side)

Even though the curds sunk to the bottom, it was great.

Meh, you get used to the taste of CC quickly. I almost threw up the first time I tried it. Now I eat a cup every night like nothing.

Some no fat and no sugar Catalina dressing works well mixed into cottage cheese.
