Default Current Suppliment/Vitamin/Mineral intake.

So here's a list of all the 'suppliments' vitamins and minerals i'm taking. Do you think i'm missing anything or having too much of something? I'm including Whey Protein even though I don't really consider it a suppliment anymore just a meal.

with my morning Shake 7:30AM & 1 cup of Green Tea

Whey
1 multi-vitamin
1 vitamin C 1500mg
1 chromium 200mcg
1 calcium citrate 315mc with 200IU vitamin D
teaspoon Creatine

8:30 - 9:30 WORKOUT

9:30 first half of my PWO Whey, Malto, Dextrine, Creatin then I sip on the second half till 10:30. (no creatine in second half)

With my Meal at 11:30AM I put sawflower oil into my salad

2:30PM I have another scoop of Whey with that meal.

4:30PM meal I take:
3 green tea extract pills 1500mg total
3 Omega 3-6-9 pills

before bed 10:30ish I have my 300mg Magnesium, 25mg B6, and 50mb Zinc.
THEN 10:45ish another scoop of Whey (5 scoops total all day on my workout days, 3 on non-workout days). 1 multi-vitamin, 1 vitamin C, and 1 chromium. Same mg's as breakfast.

Basically have a few questions. Should I take a pill of Magnesium in the morning as well to help the Calcium?? maybe a smaller dose than 300mg?

Second question is I just bought a bunch of new stuff today and wondering when I should take it.

Vit B complex has 100mg of all the B's along with few other things.
Garlic 15mg
Milk Thistle 250mg
Ginseng 275mg
Alfalfa Leaf 650mg
AND
Joint Relief Glucosamine Sulfate (500mg)with Devil's Claw Root (1500mg)
