Default Back Pain Strikes again

Today I was using my kettlebell and was practicing swings after the first few swings I had to put the weight down becuase there was a warming sensation in my middle back.

It felt as though I had pulled a muscle I did proper stretching before hand however this still happend. Now I have no idea how long I am going to be sidelined for I am so depressed and have to sit like a blob and do no excersize until this gets better. The worst part is I have a VERY phsysically demanding job.

should i take glutamine what can I do to speed up recovory I know to sleep well but what else is there.

I had a massage this past saturday and the woman massaged out what she told me were "the most knots in any back shes seen in a while." I feel 10x better, and my lifts are actually skyrocketing now that I have no pain in my back. I'd reccomend you get one. Take lots of Glutamine, and lots of sleep.

It could also be a slightly strained tendon. A lot of muscles in the back are very small and you use them all of the time just to control your posture. I would just lay off of everything until it feels better. Try to stay off of it on the job. Taking glucosamine and bioflavonoids 3 times a day should speed up the process.
