The irony of the body building diet...
I have been back in the gym for about 3 months now and eating right as well. So of course, I just found out that I can now get free Pepridge Farm bread every week, indefinintly. Sure, I am going to be grabing some 100% whole wheat and that is all good, but it sure is hard to look at the Cinnimon Swirl, Sourdough, Rye, Whole Grain, Bagels, Raisen, etc... Expecially since I was such a bread lover pre-diet. Also, A friend informed me that she won a trip to a brunch at a VERY NICE Italian Restuarant in the area, the radio station she won this through is going to take 6 of us to this brunch in a limo. Now, I know I can find stuff there that is within my diet, and I could keep it under 800 calories if I try. But ****it, why couldn't it happen 3 months ago? I'm on the 13 weeks to fat burning now BTW.

enjoy yourself in the limo. It's ok to give your diet a break every once in awhile, just be sure not to make a habit of it. And once the brunch is over just hit the gym harder then normal, put those extra cals to good use.

Check the bread before you get it. Although it is whole wheat, many manufacturers add things like high fructose corn syrup. Read the ingredients first!
