Default Russian Kettlebell training

Hey guys I am getting a kettlebell set soon and want to know some good site on proper training with them. I was thinking about devising my own routine but I would rather not due to the fact that I have never used them. I know about the obvious excersizes like squats cleans snatches etc. what else is there?

and what days would I throw a snatch in on should it replace my dumbell snatch on shoulder day?

Dang you stole the words right out of my mouth. I'd suggest you get yourself one of Pavels KB Books. Enter the Kettlebell or The Kettlebell Challange are his two main ones.

But also check out:

Umm.... I wouldn't class KB exercises by muscle groups. Just like I wouldn't class powerlifting or olympic training by muscle groups.. Most of the movements are compound and or balistic.

You can do anything you do with a DB with a KB. So you can do Over head extention of Kick back with a KB. It's just that traditionally these things aren't really done with KB's.

Hey MM. You go to the Crossfit Toronto? Kool how is that place? I've always wanted to go check it out.

BTW I didn't know you're from T.O. as well. Kool.

I never asked, do you have any experience with KB's? Cuz if you don't I Think a 53lb (1.5 poon) would be a little too much to start of with.
