Default Workout help

All, I have been working out for a little more than six months already. This is my workout schedule so far and would like to get your opinion of what you think I am doing right or wrong:
Mondays---Day Off
Tuesdays--Abs
Wednesdays--Chest
Thursdays---Back
Fridays----Shoulders
Saturdays--Bicepts & Tricepts
Sundays----Legs & Calves

I also do about 15mins of cardio before and after workout. I am taking NOEXPLODE and Maxpro protein between meals. This is my meal plan:

7:00am--Egg whites, wheat bread or cerial
10:00am--Maxpro Protein shake
12:00pm--Salad with Turkey and Tuna. Sometimes rice
2:00pm--Maxpro Protein Shake
4:00pm--NOEXPLODE than 45 minutes workout
6:30pm--Maxpro Protein Shake
8:00pm--Stake, chicken with brocoli
10:00pm--High5 Protein Shake

Thanks all

You would be better training Shoulders/Abs on the same day and have another rest day instead of training abs on its own day. Rest = Growth

you might look into bill starr's beginner 5x5 routine or Rippetoe's starting strength routines.

both are reported to be really good for beginners.
