All, I have been working out for a little more than six months already. This is my workout schedule so far and would like to get your opinion of what you think I am doing right or wrong:
Mondays---Day Off Tuesdays--Abs Wednesdays--Chest Thursdays---Back Fridays----Shoulders Saturdays--Bicepts & Tricepts Sundays----Legs & Calves I also do about 15mins of cardio before and after workout. I am taking NOEXPLODE and Maxpro protein between meals.This is my meal plan: 7:00am--Egg whites, wheat bread or cerial 10:00am--Maxpro Protein shake 12:00pm--Salad with Turkey and Tuna. Sometimes rice 2:00pm--Maxpro Protein Shake 4:00pm--NOEXPLODE than 45 minutes workout 6:30pm--Maxpro Protein Shake 8:00pm--Stake, chicken with brocoli 10:00pm--High5 Protein Shake Thanks all |

You would be better training Shoulders/Abs on the same day and have another rest day instead of training abs on its own day. Rest = Growth

all i have to say is take the "t" out of bicep and tricep [img]/forum/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
oh and yeah, group some things up a bit more to get another rest day.

well if you have been doing that same routine for 6 months i say take a full week off and mix it up. this is what i am doing right now and is working great!

you might look into bill starr's beginner 5x5 routine or Rippetoe's starting strength routines.
both are reported to be really good for beginners.
