Default The switch from monohydrate to CEM3

Im taking pure creatine monohydrate right now, and recently acquired some CellMass. I loaded the mono. like I was supposed to and maintained as well for about a month and a half.

My question is, do I need to wait to cycle off the mono. out of my system before I can make the switch, or can I start taking the cellmass tomorrow? There already is mono. in the cellmass correct? Just looking forward to trying a different creatine product......

TIA

You do not need to wait. There are many different kinds of creatine and no research shows that they interfere with each other. Alot of products combine up to 3 or more creatines.

Supposedly the best forms of creatine are the ethyl ester, and Kre-alkalyn because they can bypass the liver.
