Default 3.8k calories FTL

Random rant, but somehow I've managed to drop close to 2 lbs a week since I started carb cycling in August and believe it or not, this is a bad thing. I'm 7.5 weeks from my contest and at the current rate I'm going I'll reach my desired weight earlier than showtime. Believe it or not I've actually increased calories over the past week and even had a big refeed day yesterday (3800 cals) and yet weight is still creeping downwards! I'll probably have around 3300-3400 cals today (today was meant to only be around 2500 cals) just to help me slow down this weight loss. The only things I've recently added that are worthy of note are 50g of BCAAs a day (yeah, quite a bit I know) and EC 2-3 times a day. I really can't imagine the latter hitting me that much but I've lost considerable weight since starting it. *shrug*

I just think it's crazy that I'm eating more calories 7.5 weeks out than I was a month ago and still getting leaner [img]/forum/images/graemlins/ooo.gif[/img]
