Personally I've become a huge fan of NOW Food's lemon-flavored fish oil lately. You can put it on anything really.

I take my vinagrette and mix it with my oils the best I can before putting on my salad. It seperates easily, but it works for the most part.... I want to try that lemon flavored fish oil though, what other flavors do they have? where can you buy it?

i don't thikn olive oil contains omega 3s, i think it contains omega 6s.

I odn't think olive oil is something you want too mcuh of, it will just make you fat. Only reason it's publicized as so good is because it isn't bad for your heart. fish oil is many times better.

Lately, I have been a big fan of flax oil, onion and garlic powder, dijon mustard, and rice vinegar. A tad high in sodium, but sooooo tasty!

You need a good blend of Omega 3's and 6. Olive oil is fine an won't make you fat unless you use too much and blow your macros. If you want fish oil, top your salad with fish oil.
