Ok I'm new to the sport. I've had experience lifting but been pretty casual about it. Any diet/workout recommendations would be appreciated. I'm 5'9 255lbs and fat-26%. I know, it sickens me too. I've always wanted to get in to the sport please help!! I need some good info to get started. For anyone who cares I'll keep give you updates on my progress.
