Default hot rox

Has anyone ever used this product or can tell me in your opinion how useful it would be and its pro's/con's etc?

I know diet etc.. is essential but on top of a good diet would this be a good supplement in fat loss.
A few friends of mine who have an average diet at the best have used this supplement to good effect.... they feel very hot( in terms of body temperature) when using this and sweat a lot.
Aparently the key behind it is a new ingredient called A7-E Thermogenic Gel.

I dont truly understand the science behind it and would like the opinions of those more knowledgable before buying it.

I asked a similar question about a diet pill Xenadrine,Hydroxycut. Told me don't waste my money on them! Referred me to this! Go to the nutrition section and read up -- knowledge and understanding of your own body will help you more than any supplement ever will.

Yes I know this is the case with fat burners in general but I was asking about this supplement 'hot rox' in particular as it claims to use new technology which sets it aside from most fat burners and from the reviews i have read and my friends experiences with it, it seems very effective.

Lol yup that's exactly what I said.

Honestly, if this supplement is "brand new" and so "totally different," then the likelihood is that nobody here has tried it (yet) either. I say that because the general consensus that I seem to have found at ABC is that overpriced overhyped supps are not much more than that -- most people here use a few simple supps, but mostly vitamins, minerals, and good nutrition.

Everyone at T-nation loves it, which means it's probably pretty bad.

I work at a supp store and generally, the only one I've ever heard good reviews of it is SAN's "Tight". But honestly, it's just caffeine, green tea extract, and yohimbine HCL, and some other stuff thrown in to justify the price. HOT-ROX is mostly the same thing but pricier.

A good diet, esp. getting your hormone levels in check, will do a lot more to help your body composition than fat burners will. You'll feel a lot better, too.

Haha..yeah, hot rox is pretty bad. It has a weird taste, too, if you ever burp. It WILL make you warm, and it will make you a little figety. Other than that, you won't see any great fat losses from it.

So is the raise in body temperature and increased sweating it produces useless?
Also looking at its ingredients is it in anyway unhealthy or dangerous?

The majority of that stuff is sold to the uneducated people in the market. Alot of it is just gimmicks. I only take when I know is good for me, and what is recommended here by the professionals. I dont want to waste $$, time, or my health to something stupid.

Sure, it might burn a few more calories than otherwise. But do you think that raising your temperature is healthy?

It's really dangerous to tamper with your temperature or your natural heart rate, which is why you have to be very careful about which supplements you use.
