I usually eat grilled chicken, since it is always cheap. But whenever ground turkey meat is on sale, I am sure to get it - because turkey burgers are awesome and good for you!
Here's my easy recipe. I take a pound of ground turkey and throw it into a bowl. Then I add: - 1 egg - about 1 cup of bread crumbs (OK, kind of bad for you, so use a little less if you want) - about 1 cup of grated or shredded parmesan cheese (Use less if you want) - Some salt and pepper - Whatever spices you have laying around, or maybe some soy or Worcester sauce Form into patties and grill. Maybe eat with a whole wheat toast "bun" for an all-around balanced meal. (And veggies, too!) Try 'em out tonight and let me know what you think!

I may give these a shot. I make Turkey burgs already, but I use Cracker Crumbs, Ketchup, Worchester Sauce, diced Onions, and egg in mine.
I have been thinking of actually trying to substitute ground oats for the bread crumbs to see how that works. The idea is that the eggs and crumbs help to hold the meat together since there is not much fat to hold it together. I would think oats would do the same. I am going to try yours too though, because I am a freak for parmesan cheese
