I'm starting a bulk phase and I was wondering how many calories I should be eating per day. Does anybody know of a calcuator or something like that that could tell me how much I need to be eating if I'm 165lbs at about 8-9% bodyfat?

Look in the 1 of the cut diet articles, it has a few formuals to calculate BMR. Do them all, get the average, then add another +250 calories on top
