I've worked out in the mornings, afternoons and nights and I have never noticed any difference between those times in terms of gains. Think of it as one of those miniscule things that get blown out of proportion |

Cuz i love working out late night, and i usually bench better cuz it allows me a few hours of relazing after school [/ QUOTE ] come on g.i.m its t-nation its bollocks..... no this isnt true i'd say the opposite. let me tell you why.. any exercise increases your metabolism right? your metabolism is high in mornings anyway right so my theory is by working out at night you may burn off more bodyfat/ calories than in a morning. |
