Default Suffcient for cutting?

I was wondering if what my current diet consists of is sufficient for cutting, since the last time it was checked, I had 27% BF, and I'm looking to get that down to around 8-12% year-round. I haven't monitered how much I've lost since my BF was last checked, but I'm guessing I've lost around 2%. I'm supposed to get it checked again the fourth. I've been doing some cardio, although I've been slacking in both cardio and weights latley, I'm determined to pick it back up to a good pace. (I hadn't worked out or done any cardio for about a week until today.) Anyways, back to my question. I've been eating when my body tells me I'm hungry since a few months ago. Latley I've been trying to really get into the healthy foods instead of just eating what ever I see that's low in fat and high in protein. Today I had:

Banana
Whey Pudding (Instant pudding with whey in it, 0 grams of fat)
Broiled chicken with garlic and EVOO
Apple sauce
Broccoli
Peaches
Hot peppers
Beans (Plenty of protein and not much fat)
Shredded Mini Wheats (1 Bowl)

It's been going on like that for a few days, I try to eat healthy, but I'm eating a hell of a lot. Pretty sure I'm in the middle of a growth spurt or something. Is that ok? Or do I need to eat less? Any advice on what else to eat? What not to eat that I'm eating?

I'm 5'6" and around 155. I have a fair ammount of muscle but... yeah. I'm also on thermogenic tablets if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance guys.

if your cutting, cut out the fruits, and the mini wheats
get oatmeal, you need to slowly cut down your calories, around 150-250 per week.
So far all i see that is good for a cut is, broiled chicken with garlic, broccoli, hot peppers, BEANS on moderation.
get more EFA's, more veggies like a lot more, and more protein, get whey, cottage cheese, oatmeal.
Oatmeal in my opinion on a cut shoudl be your only carb

cutting up depends on different things there is the example desperad0 gave but i prefer to cut out cheat foods and stick in alot of cardio that way conditioning increases and muscles stay looking full
