Default Casein Protein

I recently started using ON Casein at night, since I cannot stand cottage cheese. The vanilla is quite tasty, I'll post about the chocolate when I try it.

Does anyone else use casein at night? If so what brand do you use? ON is somewhat expensive..

A long while ago I tried MucleTech's Nitro-Tech Nighttime. I got the chocolate flavor and I thought it tasted like pure garbage.

I have used ON's chocolate casein for a while and I really like it. Well, I like it for a casein because I think all casein powders taste pretty bad.

I use ONs chocolate casein occasionally at night and sometimes mixed 50/50 with whey in meal replacement shakes. It does not mix particularly well and the taste isnt that hot. Although since it is the only flavoured casein I have tried, I do not know if this means it is a bad casein or if all caseins are generally like this.

I've used unflavoured casein before and it is one of the most disgusting things I;ve ever had the misfortune of tasting. So ONs is an improvement on that at least!

i used to take a casein called Lean Complex 4. They made 4 different flavors. I took the banana flavored (my favorite) and the strawberry flavored. After they (Max Muscle) raised the price on it I stopped taking it. But it was great. I to don't like cottage cheese.

www.myopure.com.au --> micellar caesin.

I use this because it's pretty cheap as far as caesin goes (11lb's for $160 AU) and mixes with water pretty well.
