I have been actively working out for the last 4 years but seem to have hit a plateu. I maintained a weight of 123 lbs. for the past three years but somehow managed to gain 8 lbs. in the past few months. I am looking for any advice on how to break through a plateu. I recently purchased farenheight weight loss pills to help. Any other advice!

Hi, and welcome to ABC!
The adjustments you can make to your program are endless. I would start with your diet, then analyze your training program, and then look at supplements. So when you get a chance, post up your diet for a critique.
