That last post about wwe guys made me think about making
this post.we all seen hollywood stars take off there shirts in the movies, and they really do have great bodies, they are really cut and they all have great abs. so my question is, are they into BB like we are ? i mean are they really that intersted like we are and have intensive workouts and care about how much protien they eat. and who do you think has the best body of them all? for me got to say brad pitt in Troy.......

its easy if you got gazzamillion dollars, i reckon they pretty much get paid to train
they dont need to worry about their diets, its all done for them, all the training guides are done for them, i just think they like the end result not too sure on their likings of BB but maybe to some point they do take interest in the sport, but i think its mostly the interest of the next up coming movie, their image etc.

Yeah I totally agree with Dzoni and GiM. They don't know about training and diet as we know, they don't train hard as we do, etc... Everything is done for them, they just train like a computer for an hour a day or something, but I wouldn't give them credit as I would give for their trainers.

i also don think they stay in that kind of shape year round. I think its usually busting their (!@#$%^&*) to get ready for a certain role. I have a buddy whose an agent and he says quite a few actors will roid up for a role too.

They also have great lighing and makeup to make their abs "look" more cut on camera. Many of them do have personal chefs but not all of them, you have to be Brad Pitt famous to have that kind of treatment. Ryan Reynolds from Blade:Trinity didn't have a personal chef to get cut like he did.

I remember watching women in the theatre use make-up to give the illusion of cleavage. I believe they can do the same thing to make abs more defined.
I would say actors aren't much different than anyone else. Some of them might have an active interest in bodybuilding or working out. But for the most part, I believe that appearances are apart of their profession. I'm sure we've all seen those awful magazines at the grocery store that love to highlight what celebrities look like when they're not in top form/good lighting. |

ALl the workouts and diets are done for free for everyone to use so does that mean that we shouldn't get credit for any gains we get just abc should? Of course not. Many actors don't like to be to big; take both brad pitt and ryan reynolds (reynolds who put on something like 20 pounds of solid muscle in 6 months which is a phenominal feat. and must have came from day after day hard work and sticking to a strict diet while not partying with all the millions of dollars he has). But after both of them got large, they both decided to cut back down because they didnt like being that big.

[/ QUOTE ] It's not a matter of not wanting to be that big, it's a matter of enough roles out there for a character of that size. Your look matters when casting. Look at Russell Crowe in the movie "The Insider" he was pretty fat for that but cut down and even more for "Cinderella Man" both excellent movies by the way.
