Default Cravings?

Hey all, i just got a question to see what you guys do when you have a craving for something sweet. Like you really need it but you know real well you shouldn't.

I usually try to drink lots of water until my next meal, and following that meal i'll eat a piece of fruit to try to get rid of my cravings.

I gotta admit tho sometimes i just gotta have something sweet so i do try to buy my self some fat free frozen yoghurt. Do most of you have a cheat day? Where you full fill your cravings (sensibly)?

Hey! I'm sure we all have cravings haha, but as far as mine go, Frosted Mini-Wheats are my cheat snack. 50g of carbohydrates per serving is my excuse.

Well, like I said to jth16 in a pm a couple of days ago, I like to drink Crystal Light. Before anyone starts criticizing me, I know that it is not the best thing for me, and that plain water would be better. But imo, when I'm cutting and trying to eat right, having a couple glasses of Crystal Light is MUCH better than eating a bunch of candy or pop. When I eat candy, I eat A LOT of it, it's either none or a lot. So Crystal Light has saved my life a few times because a couple glasses totally takes away my cravings.

mmmm sunday! haha yeah sometimes i also cant get my self to take in cheat food in little portions so i also skip on buying them.

but its good to know that i can control my body and not the other way around. That's the best thing about living healthy, you state to your self "i can do it" and you have no problem with following your own orders.
