Default Delts are uneven

I've had this problem for most of my training time. My right delt is fine, but my left is considerably smaller, I can even see the bone on my left side, whereas I cannot on my right. The problem is, they're equally strong. I don't feel the left tiring out any sooner than I do the right. Can someone give me some tips to even this problem out? It's really been bugging me. i'd say, without neglecting your right delt, work more on your left untill it catches up.

i wouldnt know what else to tell you.... so i hope that helps!

Good advice ml357.

In addition to throwing a couple extra sets / reps / exercises onto the left side you also could do a few sets ONLY on the left delt on a seperate day. Say if you normally work delts on Wednesday try throwing in a little more for the left on Saturday.

Try many approaches and keep a close watch on the muscles progress.

What rep range do you usually work your delts?

It depends, I cycle reps, I do 2 weeks of higher reps (15, 15, 12, 10) and the third week I go heavier (10, 10, 8, 6)

How long have you been working out? In my opinion this will probably even out with time.

I just started up again.. and you'd think that's the reason. But it's been that way forever, I used to work out, worked out for about a year, stayed like that throughout my history of training.

Thats still what I think, if you stick to a hypertrophy rep range, they should even out. Particularily that you say that your strenght is the same in both delts.
