What are some workouts that hit your front and side delts, I just know of ones that hit the backs

theres so many different exercises you can look up in the "Exercise" section in the top bar, they got a whole bunch for delts.
Personally i like to hit Milletary Press, Dumbell Press or Shoulder Press (Hammer). And for sides i like L-Leterals and Cable Leterals. Most of the front delts exercises, you will use your sides for a small part of the work out. I usually try to do 1 exercise for each part, then do some shrugs and up right row for traps. Thats my usual delt workout, if i feel a certain part of my shoulders needs more attention, i hit few forced reps to smash that part, to get the same feeling i got in the rest of the shoulders. i love upright rows supersetted with lateral raises for the side delts
arnold presses are awesome too
