Hey guys, I have been going through certain parts of ABC for about 6 months now and I really love it. I have been going to the gym for about a year and a half now, on and off, finding certain workouts from the site. I have seen alot of improvment, thanks to ABC, although what i really need is a good split to train my whole body and also some tips on whatever it is you can offer. Thanks Guys

Welcome to ABC bro!
What are your goals? To get stronger, bigger or leaner? Or a combination

so you are looking to put on lean muscle mass correct? you do not wish to get to much bigger, you just would like to "smooth out the edges" and put a little muscle on ya? or am I way off track.

Where are you at now? Weight, bf%, stats on bench, deadlift, squat?
It's hard to recommend something without knowing where you are. Congrats on the improvement though! One thing you should decide is whether you want to bulk or cut. You can't really do both at the same time. The difference is really in your diet. One is a calorie deficit, while the other is a surplus. Once you decide which is more important, losing fat or building muscle, we can start there...

ok well right now im 6'1 and i weight about 180, i dunno what my bf% is but i play soccer 3 times a week so i dont really worry about that i just want a good training program from people that know what they are talking about also maybe with some advice on meals throughout the day and that kind of information. im kinda looking to keep fit but, i said previously "smooth out the egdes" by eating well and starting a new split.
Thanks a bunch guys any and all information will help out. -Tommy
