Another hour of Supercircuit and about 2 mile jog.

Not sure if im going to do the super circuit 2morrow, im soooo sore and sooooo tired. But im loving it so far.

Hours+ of Supercircuit. Im getting pretty use to it, but im loving it, very hard but a great way to push your self.

Skipped the mile or 2 run today, just too hot and i drank all my water = P

Yesterday did another hour+ of super circuit. Tried to go on a 2 mile run, but my legs were too tired.

This weekend is my recuperating days.

Took two days to recuperate. Did a 3 mile run/jog up, mostly going up hill and down hill for extended lengths.

Note to self, drink more water before hand.
