Default GH questions

So Growth hormone peaks approximately 30 minutes after the exercise starts than would it be a good idea to do compund movements for lagging areas of the body before doing isolation movements ? example clean and jerk and than moving into triceps 30 mins after that

Thats the thought precisely.

If you work compound movements, GH peaks 30 minutes into your workout, and remains elivated throughout. So, if you want a bodypart to grow for example, you might make sure to include it in your most intense sessions.

For example, lets say you do squats and legg press for thighs today. Typically you would go home, but if before you went home you hit a few sets of biceps then you would give them an opportunity to interact with the GH that was released. Its a beautiful combination.

And yes, in principle the same occurs with isolation. after squats when GH is increased, it will interact that much more with your quads after hardcore leg extensions etc.

Funny.....no wonder my forearms are getting so big....

During all my workouts, I get bored when resting to do the next set, so I always grab a curl bar and do hammer curls, just cause I kinda find them fun.......

I do it on all days, except bicep days....

Ive noticed they have been responding well.....no wonder, my GH is going in them all the time...
