High Protein/Carb Meals
I am looking for something I can make once a week or so that will last me breakfasts, lunches, and dinners possibly so I don't have to keep making food, just heat it up. I was thinking of getting ground meat and mixing it with pasta or something and just making a lot? Does anyone have any recipeies that taste great?
