Man cardio days it seems harder for me to eat a lot.
Anyways, not doing cardio this morning. Today is Legs Heavy Meal 1 2 servings (1 cup) oatmeal - 300/10g/54g/6g Whey 240/50g/8g/2g Meal 2 PWO Shake 240/50g/8g/2g Meal 3 Chicken Breast Filet 200/46g/0g/1.5g Dry Spinach with EVOO, salt and pepper Meal 4 5 servings of chicken breast slices 500/95g/9g/18g Dry Spinach with EVOO, salt and pepper Whey 240/50g/8g/2g Meal 5 PWO Shake baby! 240/50g/8g/2g Meal 6 2 servings of cottage cheese, 180/26g/8g/5g Morning Legs Heavy/Shock Deep Squats ss w/ 2 sets of lunges and 1 set of leg extensions 3 sets, 6,6,6 Leg Extensions 3-4 sets, 6 reps, lower weight for static 20-30 sec hold, lower for 5 more reps, lower again for static hold then lower for 6 more reps. Did that 3 or 4 times. Stiff Leg Deadlifts 4 sets, 6,6,6,6 Leg Press ss w/ Leg Press (Hamstrings) 3 sets, 6,6,6 Seated Calf Raises ss w/ Standing Calf Raises ss/ w Angled Calf Presses 4-6 sets, 6 reps a set Night Deep Squats ss w/ Weighted Lunges 6 sets, 6-8 reps a set Leg Press (quad) ss w/ Leg Press (outersweep) ss w/ Leg Press (Hamstrings) 3 sets, 6,6,6 Seated Calf Raises ss w/ Angled Calf Raises ss w/ Standing Calf Raises A bunch of sets = P Decided to do a few sets of a big ol Back superset. Ahh another day off lifting 2morrow. I SERIOUSLY need to not be lazy, get a **** haircut (goina get it almost skin headed, i dont want to deal with my **** hair), Flax oil, Omega 3/6 pills, Safflower(sp) oil. Umm that might be it, also some new shoes.

Usually 1 - 2 hours in the morning and at night, and usually a 30 minute jog in the morning. Im loving it, seeing awesome gains.

Umm todays Sunday. Yeah...No lifting, walking off a hangover.
Well no lifting yesterday because of a garage sale. Saturday night was awesome. My friend invited me to a big party on the beaches of Santa Cruz, a mile down the beach from the boardwalk. Man oh man i got way too ****faced. Had 6 or 7 beers, a 40 and a half and few swigs of Barcardi. It was a nice get together, i met tons of new people, had some nice conversations. Also me and this one chick hit it off pretty well, at 1 am, we curled up in this nice big warm blanket on the beach next to the fire. It was a good night. I love California. |

Hypertrophy Biceps, Triceps, Forearms Close Grip Preacher Curls ss w/ Wide Grip Barbell Curls 3 sets, 12 reps Bicep Extenstions ss w/ Tricep Extensions 3 sets, different weight positions 12 reps Dumbell Curls ss w/ Cable Press Downs 3 sets, 12 reps Weighted Dips ss w/ (forgot name) Hold dumbell above behind your weight, sit in an upright postion, lower and raise the dumbell, using your triceps 3 sets, 12 reps One Arm Dumbell Preacher Curls ss w/ Concentration Curls 3 sets an arm, 12 reps Followed a good diet, need not explain. |

Today was my cardio and abs day, but im really tired and trying to get to bed by 10pm to get back on my cardio mornings schedule.
