I'm 5'11 and my weight is about 155. I've never cut before, so I want to see how ripped I can get. What amount of carbs do you recommend on a cut, also how much fiber do you guys get when you cut?
I'm planning on my protein being about 185, and my fats about 60. Does that sound OK? |

You still might want to be on a bulk. To me yuo pretty small. because i was 6 foot and 155 and i was skin and bones. Now im 170 and i still feel small.

My legs are lacking, which is why my weight is where it's at. I'm going to bulk after this to bring them up, but I'd just like to see how cut I can get first.

primarily because its summer time. Yep, i just read u like a text book... how about you spend your summer time getting freaky and scaring bunnies instead of getting "ripped" for them
