Day three

who ever made the arm blitz program should be shot... currently 14% bf have noticed increased vascularity through my arms where i could see one vein there is now six like spiders and have been pumped 2 days solid

this is can deal with but what i cant deal with is the 120lb lad doing 80lb dumbell curls who thinks he is stronger than me now cause all i could lift was 40lbs

hmm doctor says i have slightly damaged left bicep, a small tear to the type 1 fibres connecting me bicep to the bone smack inbetween the proximal biceps tendon at the shoulder joint, and a distal biceps tendon at the elbow. hmm what do doctors know it feels fine any objections to training as planned?

Hmm. Unless training other muscles will hinder the progress of the recovery of your injury, i say train around it. Knock out your legs with a few shocks and keep that GH a flowin!
