Default designer protein

is this ok to take my friend had it and i tasted it i really liek it..........what do u guys think of it?

Yeah its a well priced protein, it's fine to use. Ive used it before, it just clumps quite a bit and I didnt care for the taste and now I prefer to go with larger companies that I can trust better, but there are no problems with Designer Whey.

its best to use a supplement you like the taste of that way you will enojoy taking it not eventually see it as a chore

I tried it once , because they claimed it won a taste test award. After I tried it I was pissed cuz it was so bad.

The best tasting wheys ive ever had are

GNC 100% whey chocolate, and
ON Optimum whey, chocolate

sorry I have not ever used the ABC whey they sell here because I still have lots of whey stored up in my kitchen.

everyone has there own taste preference koko =]
i personally really like CN however, i have always used ON since ive been with it and know it works.
