My first cut
Im going to start a small cut(probly only 6 weeks). While im on it, im ging to change up my workout to see if i can bring up my arms and legs a little more. Its gonna be a quick cut becuase i havent put on a whole lot of fat since my bulk, but i want to get rid of the little bit i put on.
Ive decided that i need to put more emphasis on my arms and legs. So this new workout is designed to get as much growth out of them as possible. i wont do it too long, probky 5-6 weeks(my cut is only going to be 5-6 weeks because i havent really put on much fat on my bulk), but this is just to get them caught up a little bit. here it is.
heavy days are 5-7 reps w/ 90 sec rest, high reps are 12-15 with 60 sec rest. For shock days, i pick 2 exercises for that body part and just take it beyond failure. high reps, multi drop sets, lots of negatives.
**cardio in the morning 4-5 days a week. 20 min a day.
i will post all the exercises/food stuff later. time for bed.
Bulking till April.
Goals Get up to 240 by April
Cut to ~10%BF by july
Dont get hurt
