Always been curious, if you start a new training program, when do you expect seeing results to judge success? Note Iam talking about visual results, not just DOMS.
What if you are trying a shocker, do you expect immediate results? or you'd expect better results when continuing with normal routine? |

Considering your body typically adapts to any new program stimulus within 3-6 weeks - I would say that you should have seen some performance and visual improvements in that same time frame!

[/ QUOTE ] Any real and logical program will see results - but will it get the results you want? To clarify I think HIT could make some good size gains..but strength will plateu very soon. High volume is great for size, not the best for strength if you follow the "kill the muscle each workout" approach and parts worked earlier will fatigue later parts. |
