This is just a simple journal for me to keep track of my progress and seeing if HIT really works for me. Strength is waaaaay down so I'm hoping this will bring me up a little quicker. All times are 4 seconds positive and 4 seconds negative.
Wednesday June 21 Leg press 225x6 (I have weak legs due to multiple injuries) Leg extension 95x6 (too much weight) Leg curl 60x12 (not enough) Dumbbell pullover 30x12 (not enough weight) Military 70x10 (benched yesterday and pull overs fatigued me) rows 135x10 Bench 145x10 (No HIT, did this yesterday) Curls 20x12 (not enough weight) tricep extensions none today pulldowns 100x8 Assisted dips 20x8 calves 20x14 abs 17 Today was screw around day. Chest and tri's were sore from benching the day before and I didn't know where to start at on weight so I made a guess and I was off on a lot of things. Friday should be more organized. |

Today didn't go as planned because my legs were still extremely sore and my tri's were slightly sore and didn't feel normal. So I killed my shoulders and upper back with a high volume workout just so I could keep them from being undertrained since they werent even sore yesterday. After this was all done I decided to max out on bench and oddly enough I got a new PR. I guess my tri's weren't as tired as I thought they were.
OK! I hope there won't be anymore complications so I can actually start keeping track of my progress on Sunday. |

Good luck man.
It takes a bit to get the hang of, at least for me. I've been out of town, and i'm ready to started back up today!!

Well this has been the most pathetic journal ever lol.
Well I've talked with a plastic surgeon and talked about my gyno. He said he could do it on the 12th which is amazing. He said he has done it many times and the patients have had excellent results. Here's the best part: it is only going to cost $3500! Most of the time surgeons will ask for $5000-7000. My gyno has been pretty bad for years now and its finally going to be gone! As you can see five days will not be enough time for me to try HIT and track my progress. Since I'll be out of the gym for two weeks when I have this done, I'm going to do some extremely high volume training until then. I hope no one was really looking forward to this journal lol. |

oh ok awesome.
That's something to get taken care of for sure. Good luck with that, and I hope it works for you the way you want it to. I've seen some shows on it, men having this done and their self confidense goes WAY up. congrats!!
