So I thought by posting this here, then more people would see it!...
Make any variations you want, but I came up with this idea and I can't wait to try it... 1 WW Low Carb Wrap 1 slice fat free cheese 1 romaine leaf cut up A few dices of tomato 1 1/2 servings of brown rice 2-4 oz lean steak (or you could use chicken) Wrap it up and scarf it down... or grab a fork and knife and go to work! Add hot sauce, salsa, or peppers if you want. |
