i've decided that i'm probably going to end up doing cardio 6x-10x a week, in order to maximize fat loss
i'm going to do HIIT in the mornings, and steadystate after workouts. I know this is excessive, but I'm just feeling lazy and like i'm not losing fat. Yeah, i'm impatient. **** me. |

Wake up at 8am, watch some tv, read, actually wake up.
9am: Start drinking a 30g amino acid/5g glutamine mix in 20 oz of water. Finish half of it do 30 minutes of interval training 2 minute intervals, on elliptical Slow intervals 3.0-3.5mph around 135bpm avg Fast Intervals 4.0-4.5mph around 180bpm avg Distance 2.05 miles, avg 150bpm over the 30 minutes. now about to go have my super shake before breakfast. Meal 1: Super Shake 555 Calories 42g protein 48g Carb (30g sugar) 24g fat Meal 2: Egg, Muesli, Milk 281 Calories 34g Carb 13g protein 9g fat Meal 3: Rakot Krumpli (eggs, potato, sour cream) I took 3 TBSP, so i'm just going to use the nutrition info from 1tbsp of each to get an estimate (btw, rakot is baked, and very good) 109 Calories 13g Carb 3g protein 5g fat Daily Totals: Calories:945 Carbs:95 49.7% sugars:50 Protein:58 30.4% Fat:38 19.9% Cholestorol:319 Looks like i'm doing pretty well today, but i should cut back on sugars. |

Oh, here's my super shake
1medium banana, 1scoop chocolate protein powder(25g protein), 1 serving creamy peanut butter, half cup milk, add water to desired thickness. And some added fiber, maybe some wheat germ. Tastes daaang good. |

got Champion nutrition 5lb chocolate today.
and 906 grams of Creatine monohydrate. so my supps are now creatine, glutamine, zma, and whey. (plus some amino acids but it's almost done and i don't i'm replacing) |
