when i get time to lift :/

i can do 225*12 on a good day (bench)

plus, i go to pennstate, i dont play ball anymore... and the only way i'd want to play is at linebacker/fullback, they're more fun than lineman.

Haha You don't need to tell me. I use to be a hog myself but then went to play FB, btw being a FB aint that much fun eighter. You do all the dirty work and get no glory. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

Hey I done all the dirty no glory jobs, OT, DT, FB, SB. Well the slotback is suppost to be a glory job, a inside reciever, except I never got the ball, all I did was block for the running bakc when ever he tried to run sideways. [img]/forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif[/img]

haven't been able to get to the gym recently, but i'll be going tomorrow in the morn.

good news though, i've already been told i've lost weight by a few people.

next weigh-in.. the 15th. hopefully 250-255.

Default AWESOME workout today

so, i just had the most amazing 1/2 hour workout in my life.


i did the HIT workout I posted in the training section


squat 225x20 pullovers 65x15
pullups 15 (on the assist, don't remember what weight, too much)
prone tbar rows- 115x15
standing shoulder press 145x20 upright rows 95x15
bench 205x15 incline flies 35'sx15
incline hammers 40x12 overhead db triceps press 65x20
calf raises 225x30

11 exercises, less than a hlaf hour of work. NO rest in between sets, other than time to switch plates, etc.

i was pumped as hell, and panting.

i should be able to post more this week... even though i don't have a day off till next monday, i'll be able to work out everyday.

i'm also going to work on my diet today after work, it should be up by around 8 or 9 hopefully.

Default the new diet plan

I'm going to use a fairly basic diet for this summer, simply because I don't have the resources (time or money) to do anything more advanced.

For those who don't know, I weigh in at 260-265 pounds, 20% BF (at last check.. also unreliable, but i can't get to a real testing center) so about 210 LBM. I'll be basing calculations off of 225 pounds, because that's my goal.

Calories are going to be close to 2750 calories... way less than what I've been eating but not throwing me into starvation.

45c/35p/20f, plus carb tapering.

individual meal ratios up later in nutrition forum

had a decnt workout yesterday, but didnt write anything down.

from memory...

incline, 205x12
bench 225x10
incline flies- 50x10, 70x8, 85x5
overhead tri ext. 100x15
1arm overheads ss with incline hammer curls 45x10, 40x10, 35x10.
