Hello,
I am 22 years old 6 feet 1 inches tall and I am 122 pounds. Looking to gain weight thru weight training. Where should I start? Any specific programs? Thanks |

just to get you started, try the 24 mass workout in the 'exercise' tab and the accompanying 24 mass workout diet under the 'nutrition' tab. then just hang around the forums and start reading the various articles on the website. there is a lot of great information to learn here that will help you reach your goals!

the mass gain diet and 24 week training program, which are posted in the journal section, is a great framework to get you started. read it over, and some of the other nutrition articles and you will learn the importance of excess calorie consumption, protein AND carb intake, rest, and be SURE to read the Window of Opportunity article. any questions just do what slackie911 said and post them in the forum!!!
