Default Training frequency

Hey everyone, Im on a bulk at the moment but only training each bodypart once per week. My gains are good but would I benefit more from training certain bodyparts more frequently? My current routine is

Mon: Off
Tue: Chest, biceps, forearms
Wed: Off
Thu: Back, triceps
Fri: Off
Sat: Shoulders, traps, abs
Sun: Quads, calves, hams

Thanks

Yes, your gains would be better with greater frequency. Try hitting big muscle groups twice every eight days and small muscle groups three times. You will grow like a bad weed.

You could even try 3 times a week if you're really prioritising a body part.

IMO frequency also depends on total volume - if you start hitting a bodypart 3+ times a week (such as the zane blitz or over reaching cycle) then your total body volume would have to decrease due to the massive amount of strain put on your body.
