creatine does not affect fat, and not really sure how people think it will, on a cut, your trying to lose body fat, not all body weight, creatine is even good on a cut, because it lets you train longer & harder while letting your muscles look bigger due to the water your musles absorb . the only thing creatine does that you might be worried about on the scale, is water retention, which has nothing to do with fat anyways, and extra water in your muscles is a good thing!, i think using creatine on a cut is a good idea.

also when taking it, do you really think i should take 2 servings a day?...i took one before my workout the other day and it was great and then it said to take another right after the workout, which i was weary about doing...
